SWAY Shop is the official online merchandise boutique for SWAY. Every purchase directly supports a minority-owned local business. We offer exclusive apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods inspired by SWAY's queer identity, mission, and Chicago roots. These items can be ordered online for delivery or in-store pick up.

Can I buy SWAY apparel without visiting the dispensary?

Yes. SWAY Shop is the online merch store that sells our SWAY branded clothing and accessories. You do not need to visit the dispensary to shop at SWAY Shop. SWAY Shop merchandise can be ordered online for delivery or in-store pick up.

We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Do you cover return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. Reach out to Support if you would like to initiate a return via shipping.

How do I start a return?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request changes within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order may already be processing.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Discount codes may be expired, case-sensitive, or limited to one-time use. Some items, including limited drops, may be excluded from promotions.
